Padmashali Kalyana Vedika is a trusted matrimony platform for the Padmashali community.
This policy governs refunds and cancellations for Premium Membership fees paid through the Padmashali Kalyana Vedika App.
All Premium Membership fees paid through the Padmashali Kalyana Vedika App are for accessing enhanced matrimonial services and features. Membership plans and charges are displayed before payment confirmation.
Once a Premium Membership is activated and the services become available to the user, the membership fee is generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a user is charged multiple times for the same membership due to a technical error, the duplicate payment may be refunded after verification by our support team.
In exceptional cases where Premium Services cannot be provided due to a technical issue attributable to Padmashali Kalyana Vedika, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion after investigation.
Users may cancel their Premium Membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals (if applicable), but the current membership benefits will remain active until the membership expiry date.
If auto-renewal is enabled for a subscription plan, the subscription will automatically renew before expiry unless cancelled by the user through the respective payment platform (Google Play Store or other payment provider). Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused membership periods, inactive usage, profile deletion, account suspension due to policy violations, or voluntary discontinuation of services.
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date by contacting our support team with: • Registered mobile number • Registered email address • Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number • Reason for refund request
